La riforma fiscale USA
La riforma fiscale approvata dall’amministrazione Trump ha un sapore di epocalità e ha un notevole impatto sulla tassazione delle imprese: si passa da un’aliquota del 35% ad una del 21%. Decisamente più modesto l’impatto sull’imposta sul reddito delle persone fisiche, la cui aliquota impositiva è tagliata di soli 2,6 punti percentuali, passando così dal 39,6% al 37%. Inoltre, almeno astrattamente, la prima misura è a tempo indeterminato, mentre la seconda – per ragioni legate ai regolamenti parlamentari USA – si risolverà nel 2025.
