- Good evening. Thank you Professor Tremonti for the kind introduction. I have actually had the pleasure of meeting Professor Tremonti before, and as I’m sure you all know, he is a very perceptive observer of Italian and world affairs. I am honored to be on stage with him. He is the professor, and I am just the student.

I talenti italiani all’estero
Lavoro, formazione e innovazione sono i tre elementi da cui ripartire per offrire al Paese un futuro. Il problema dell’occupazione, in particolare, affligge tutta Europa, ma in Italia assume proporzioni maggiori. In questo contesto il rischio è quello di perdere un’intera generazione di talenti, alimentando un circolo vizioso: la distruzione di competenze in tanti settori, infatti, è un processo irreversibile. Non bisogna dimenticare, poi, che per creare lavoro, sono necessari soprattutto crescita ed investimenti.
