Economic relations between Europe and the United States in light of the European (June 2024) and American (November 2024) elections

        An overview of Transatlantic economic relations may help towards better understanding the structural nature of the multiple Europe-US ties, which continue to provide an indispensable platform for global exchanges in spite of some divergences on the level of production models, regulatory choices, and political/strategic priorities. In outlining its foreign policy, Italy cannot underestimate this underlying circumstance, in full consistency with an arrangement that has traditionally focused on reconciling European integration and Transatlantic anchoring. Today, this arrangement, although harder than ever to put into effect, is more necessary than ever.
