In February, the majority of publications concentrated their reporting on Italian laboratories in the fields of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine.
The principal international scientific magazines (Science, Nature, PNAS-Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, National Science Review and Scientific Reports placed in the top 5 for scientific impact according to SCImago Journal Rank) included 11 studies dedicated to medicine published in PNAS and Scientific Reports, with contributions from the Universities of Trento, Padua, Parma Torino, Bologna, Naples Federico II, and Campania.
Three veterinary studies were published in Scientific Reports. The studies were carried out by the Universities of Milan, Catania, Bari, and the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale’s Teramo and Portici divisions.
