Giuseppe Cattaneo<\/strong> first became a member of Aspen Institute Italia in 1994. The following year he was appointed Secretary General of the Institute, a position he held until 2007, when he was appointed Senior Advisor to the President.<\/p>\n

With a degree in Economics from Milan\u2019s Bocconi University, he began working at IBM in 1960. He held various managerial positions in the area of Personnel Management, eventually rising \u2013 in 1984 \u2013 to the position of Deputy General Manager for Personnel and Communications, IBM Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa.<\/p>\n

A member of various prestigious boards of directors in Italy, Giuseppe was a connoisseur of the business world and human resources, as well as a lover of opera. His contributions to Aspen Italia\u2019s growth were immeasurable, and he will be remembered for his professionalism, leadership, and warmth.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
