In November, medicine and environmental sciences recorded the greatest number of publications by Italian laboratories.<\/p>\n
Monitoring of the leading international scientific journals (Science<\/em>, Nature<\/em>, PNAS-Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America<\/em>, National Science Review <\/em>and Scientific Reports<\/em>, <\/em>placed by SCImago Journal Rank in the top 5 for scientific impact) yielded 6 studies dedicated to medicine published in PNAS<\/em> and Scientific Reports<\/em>, with particular attention to neurosciences, which were the subject of 2 research works carried out with the contribution of the University of Udine, IRCCS (Scientific Research and Health Care Institute) Eugenio Medea, and Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia \u2013 Rome office.<\/p>\n Other medical studies involved the Universities of Parma, Padua, Roma – Sapienza and Cattolica, in addition to CNR of Faenza, Fondazione Edmund Mach of San Michele dell\u2019Adige, IRCCS Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza di San Giovanni Rotondo, and Ospedale Galeazzi of Milan.<\/p>\n For environmental sciences, the studies published in PNAS <\/em>were carried out thanks to the contribution of Ca\u2019Foscari University of Venice and the University of Padua, as well as Fondazione Centro euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici in Bologna.
