On <em>Reuters<\/em> looked into the food farming sector, writing about Ferrero, its recent significant US buy out and how its 2017 earnings were up (March 22 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-ferrero-results\/chocolate-maker-ferrero-reports-1-5-percent-rise-in-revenue-in-2017-idUSKBN1GY2PM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chocolate maker Ferrero reports 1.5 percent rise in revenue in 2017<\/a>; the <em>New York Times<\/em> carried the same article &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/reuters\/2018\/03\/22\/business\/22reuters-ferrero-results.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chocolate Maker Ferrero Reports 1.5 Percent Rise in Revenue in 2017<\/a>). The &nbsp;press agency also explained how acquisitions are also positively effecting the profits of another made in Italy brand, namely <strong>Lavazza<\/strong> (March 27 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/lavazza-results\/lavazza-to-focus-on-organic-growth-after-acquisitions-boost-2017-core-profits-idUSL8N1R95VC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lavazza to focus on organic growth after acquisitions boost 2017 core profits<\/a>; and that news also appeared in the &nbsp;<em>New York Times<\/em> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/reuters\/2018\/03\/27\/business\/27reuters-lavazza-results.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lavazza to Focus on Organic Growth After Acquisitions Boost 2017 Core Profits<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>News on the infrastructure came from <em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Bloomberg<\/em> that highlighted the efforts made by <strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Snam<\/strong> to turn Italy into a gas exporting country (<em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Bloomberg, <\/em><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">March 19 <\/em>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2018-03-19\/italy-exports-its-first-gas-as-snam-seeks-alternative-to-russia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Italy Is Latest Nation to Become a Gas Exporter<\/a>), whilst <em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">El Pais <\/em>wrote about how the Benetton family had purchased a share of Cellnex from Abertis, thanks to the deal made with the Spanish operator by its infrastructure holding business, <strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Atlantia<\/strong> (March 23 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/economia\/2018\/03\/23\/actualidad\/1521833562_142695.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La familia Benetton compra el 29,9% de Cellnex por 1.500 millones<\/a>). On the other hand, <em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Le Monde<\/em>, explained how <strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Trenitalia<\/strong> is getting ready to take advantage of the deregulation of French railways (March 22 &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/economie\/article\/2018\/03\/22\/trenitalia-premier-concurrent-de-la-sncf-a-se-declarer-officiellement_5274936_3234.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trenitalia, premier concurrent de la SNCF \u00e0 se d\u00e9clarer officiellement<\/a>*). Then <strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Amplifon<\/strong> and its plans to extend its interests abroad was the subject of a piece by <em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Reuters<\/em> (March 26 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/brief-italys-amplifon-eyes-acquisitions\/brief-italys-amplifon-eyes-acquisitions-in-germany-france-canada-ceo-idUSI6N1QR01L\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Italy&#8217;s Amplifon eyes acquisitions in Germany, France, Canada &#8211; CEO<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Culture&nbsp; &#8211; <\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Leading cultural<\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\"> <\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">figures<\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\"> <\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">featured in several foreign papers this week, starting with <\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Oriana<\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\"> <\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Fallaci,<\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\"> who was the subject of a piece written by Cristina Di Stefano for the <em>Washington Post<\/em> (March 23 <\/strong>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/entertainment\/books\/oriana-fallaci-the-journalist-the-agitator-the-legend\/2018\/03\/22\/aecdd474-2dff-11e8-8688-e053ba58f1e4_story.html?utm_term=.943789c15eb9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oriana Fallaci: the journalist, the agitator, the legend<\/a>*), whilst <em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Le Monde<\/em> wrote about the \u201cart of composing\u201d as explained by the Italian-Belgian singer-songwriter <strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Salvatore Adamo<\/strong> (March 26 &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/m-perso\/article\/2018\/03\/26\/un-apero-avec-salvatore-adamo-je-ne-suis-pas-uniquement-celui-qui-se-languit-d-amour_5276334_4497916.html#HYbThdseHZ7CTykK.99\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Un ap\u00e9ro avec Salvatore Adamo : \u00ab Je ne suis pas uniquement celui qui se languit d\u2019amour \u00bb<\/a>*). Italian music also featured in the <em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">New York Times<\/em> in an article about the renewed interest by European audiences in <strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Giovanni Battisti Pergolesi<\/strong> some three centuries after his death (March 27 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/reuters\/2018\/03\/27\/arts\/27reuters-music-pergolesi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Unheard for 300 Years, Italian Mass Rediscovered<\/a>*). &nbsp;However, for <em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">El Pais,<\/em> it was architecture that was the focus of a piece about Teresa Sapey\u2019s efforts to take on and complete a project initiated by <strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Gio Ponti<\/strong> (March 27 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/elpais\/2018\/03\/09\/del_tirador_a_la_ciudad\/1520615736_145558.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace Gio Ponti en un garaje?<\/a>) whilst it was psychoanalysis that featured in the paper\u2019s interview with the psychiatrist <strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Luigi Zoja, <\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">timed to coincide with the new Spanish edition of his book \u201c<\/strong>Il gesto di Ettore\u201d(March 28 &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/cultura\/2018\/03\/28\/5ab38381468aeb64208b4690.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Luigi Zoja: &#8220;Vivimos en la dimisi\u00f3n del padre&#8221;<\/a>).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Fashion <\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">also featured in a few articles in the foreign press this week.&nbsp; <em>El<\/em> <em>Pais<\/em> ran with a profile of <\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Anna Dello Russo<\/strong>, a leading light in the world of Italian fashion, following the sale of her collection at a charity auction (March 22 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/elpais\/2018\/03\/20\/estilo\/1521565911_308615.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anna Dello Russo vac\u00eda el armario por su aniversario<\/a>) &nbsp;and <em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Le Monde<\/em> reviewed the latest Geox collection of women\u2019s shoes designed by the Neapolitan, &nbsp;<strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Ernesto Esposito<\/strong> (March 24 &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/m-styles\/article\/2018\/03\/24\/ernesto-esposito-chausseur-pour-dames_5276026_4497319.html?xtmc=italie&amp;xtcr=15\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ernesto Esposito, chausseur pour dames<\/a>*).<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: normal;\">Tourism, Food &amp;
