There were numerous articles about the Piedmont businessman, discussing his discrete existence and legendary inventions, from Nutrella to Kinder eggs. They included the rebel physicist <strong>Carlo Rovelli<\/strong>, whose latest book was reviewed by <em>Le Monde (<\/em>February &nbsp;17 &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/sciences\/article\/2015\/02\/17\/carlo-rovelli-physicien-rebelle_4578174_1650684.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Carlo Rovelli, physicien rebelle<\/a>; interviewed by Aspen on May 15, 2013,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitute.it\/pin\/fisica-quantistica-pittura-musica-classica-un-modo-solo-capire-il-mondo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Physique quantum, peinture et musique classique<\/a>); <strong>Michele Mariotti<\/strong>, in New York to conduct at the Metropolitan Opera (<em>New York Times<\/em>, February 13 &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2015\/02\/15\/arts\/music\/michele-mariotti-to-conduct-at-the-metropolitan-opera.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Michele Mariotti to Conduct at the Metropolitan Opera<\/a>) and&nbsp;<strong>Marina Kundu, <\/strong>an Italian-Indian professor, the first woman to direct the Hec Paris Business School (<em>Financial Times<\/em>, February 15 &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ft.com\/intl\/cms\/s\/2\/5a5a4258-b2db-11e4-a058-00144feab7de.html#axzz3S5ZRqG2c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Women in Business \u2014 Marina Kundu<\/a>).&nbsp;The <em>Wall Street Journal<\/em>, published an interview with designer <strong>Alessandro Sartori<\/strong>&nbsp;(February 13 &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/berlutis-alessandro-sartori-on-great-style-and-the-apple-watch-1423847045?KEYWORDS=italy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Berluti\u2019s Alessandro Sartori on Great Style and the Apple Watch<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tourism and culture<\/strong> \u2013 As always, the foreign press gave its readers suggestions about places to visit in Italy. The <em>Sunday Times<\/em> wrote about the spectacular <strong>Carnival of Ivrea<\/strong> (February 15 &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/video\/multimedia\/100000003513023\/a-spectacular-battle-of-the-oranges-citrus-clash-in-italy.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A spectacular Battle of the Oranges&#8217; citrus clash in Italy<\/a>) and again gave its readers a list of the best of Italy, with suggested cultural events of 2015 (February 18 &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thesundaytimes.co.uk\/sto\/travel\/Destinations\/Europe\/Italy\/article1507291.ece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The best of Italy 2015<\/a>*). The English weekly explained how the Belpaese is now a destination for people from abroad seeking real estate bargains, even more than in nearby France (The Sunday Times, February 16 &nbsp;&#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thesundaytimes.co.uk\/sto\/style\/homes_and_gardens\/overseas_property\/article1507175.ece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&nbsp;Italian property: the best bargains<\/a>). The <em>Financial Times<\/em> also wrote about real estate deals, traveling to <strong>Val d\u2019Orcia<\/strong> to wrote about the signs of recovery of the residential market (February 13 &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ft.com\/intl\/cms\/s\/0\/8afe8fd0-ad2d-11e4-a5c1-00144feab7de.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tuscany\u2019s Val d\u2019Orcia bucks downward trend of Italian property<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>There were other reports, one from Cremona by the <em>New York Times<\/em>, which reported on the secrets of the best violins constructed there (February 16 &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2015\/02\/17\/science\/earth\/sweetest-violins-explained-holes-fill-in-blanks.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sweetest Violins Explained: Holes Fill In Blanks<\/a>) and another from New York, which people are waiting with bated breath for the exhibit of masterpieces of <strong>Donatello<\/strong>, rarely seen outside Italy.
