A permanent observatory entitled \u201cNew Jobs = New Training\u201d was established in 2022 with a view to detecting developments and changes in work and training in some of the world\u2019s more dynamic areas, also in an effort to anticipate future trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The observatory has a Steering Committee chaired by Antonio Ereditato and a network of correspondents who play an \u201cantenna\u201d role in various countries by passing on information, figures and analyses on trends taking place in their respective environments abroad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-aspen-institute-italia wp-block-embed-aspen-institute-italia\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"6Je59ylCYn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitute.it\/en\/attivita\/new-jobs-new-training\/\">New jobs = New training<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;New jobs = New training&#8221; &#8212; Aspen Institute Italia\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitute.it\/en\/attivita\/new-jobs-new-training\/embed\/#?secret=Dtc3cy1xCd#?secret=6Je59ylCYn\" data-secret=\"6Je59ylCYn\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Issues addressed at conferences and in research produced by the TIE Community include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Homo Sapiens Digitalis or Dataman?
