But it is also open to anyone in Italy or abroad eager to contribute ideas and proposals consistent with the Institute\u2019s program.\r\n\r\nAspen Institute Italia\u2019s governing bodies<\/a> are the Executive Committee<\/a>, the General Council, the Chairman, the Vice Chairmen, the Secretary General and the Board of Auditors. The General Council, which comprises an equal number of Sustaining Members and representatives from amongst the Ordinary Members, meets to deliberate at least once a year.
