Felix Tusa

Felix Tusa works for the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD), an independent conflict mediation organisation, focusing on its Libya programme. He has previously worked on peace and security issues in Tunisia, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. He has a degree in History from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Geneva’s Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
