Fabio Pammolli


Fabio Pammolli is Professor of Economics and Management at the Department of Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering Politecnico di Milano. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee of EFSI at the European Investment Bank. From 2011 to 2016, he was professor of economics and management at IMT IAS, where he presided over its establishment as an international research university, which integrates education and research in the multidisciplinary analysis of a variety of socio-economic, cyber-physical, and technological systems. He was a visiting research fellow at Harvard University, Dept. of Economics, and at LIDS, MIT, and he has published in journals such as, among the others: Science, The PNAS (cover article, Dec. 27, 2005, vol. 102, n. 52), Nature Reviews, Science Advances, The JEEA, Nature Sc. Reports, The Int. Journal of Industrial Organization, Management Science. He is a columnist for La Stampa.
